Refund Policy

Digital products are final sale
Templates, guides, and playbooks are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so all sales are final once the files have been sent or added to your portal library.
Portal access
The one-time portal access fee is refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded any files and have not created dispute tracker entries.
Duplicate or failed orders
If you were charged twice, or a purchase never reached your email or portal, contact us and we will refund or re-deliver it.
How to request
Email hello@behnkecredit.com with your order email and the product name. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Results are not grounds for refund
Because outcomes depend on your individual credit file and bureau responses, we cannot issue refunds based on dispute results.
