Questions
Frequently asked
I'm a previous credit repair client — what happened to my account?
Nothing is lost. Legacy one-on-one accounts have been merged into the new client portal, where you can see your account status, progress updates, and billing. The old portal is still viewable during the transition, but it goes away permanently after August 31 — after that date everything lives in the new portal only. Sign in with the email on your file and your account will link automatically.
When is my credit repair payment due?
Billing cycles close on the 5th of every month. If payment isn't received by the 5th, the account is late starting the 6th and a $35 late fee is applied, per the terms of your service agreement.
Do you still offer one-on-one credit repair?
Not as a standard service. Managed, hands-on work is extremely time intensive, so it's now limited to a small number of cases taken at the owner's discretion. Everything else is DIY education, templates, and tools you run yourself. If you think your case warrants one-on-one help, contact us and we'll let you know honestly if it's a fit.
How do I get my files after I buy?
Digital products are emailed to the address you use at checkout. If you have portal access, they also appear instantly in your portal library.
What is portal access?
A one-time $15 unlock that gives you an online account with your document library plus a dispute tracker that guides you round by round for each bureau.
Can you guarantee items will be deleted?
No one legally can. Outcomes depend on the accuracy of the information and how each bureau and furnisher responds.
How long does the process take?
Bureaus generally have 30 days to respond to a dispute. Most people work in rounds spaced roughly 30 to 45 days apart.
Are the resources refundable?
Because everything is delivered digitally and instantly, sales are final. See our refund policy for details.
